能在翡翠水庫水源保護區嚴格要求下栽種的茶，須完全不對水土造成破壞與污 染，生長於斯的文山包種一年只產春冬兩季，又以採收於清明前後的春茶風味 渾厚，口感極佳。包種茶製成條索狀，相較於被蜷曲成球狀的葉片，能快速舒 展，釋放原葉本味。98度C的熱水浸泡90秒，茶湯金黃，散發一股濃郁的茉莉花 香，優雅怡人，桂花香氣則似有若無，幽微如入心魂，仿若置身竹林山間。 展開的碧綠葉片帶有淡淡海苔清香，伴隨茶湯入喉，滋味甘潤，後味濃郁，回 味無窮，猶如閱覽一卷經典古籍，令人手不釋卷。包種茶因屬半發酵茶，單寧 酸少，不刺激，沒有割胃感，為擔心失眠者的合適茶飲。冷泡後催發活性，更 別具清雅風味！

Taiwan＇s Top Grade Tea − Good Day Master Tea

Good Day Master Tea, grown in the Feitsui Reservoir water source protection area on Shiding Mountain and planted on non-toxic, non-polluted water and soil, has been tested in SGS 488 pesticide testing items, and has obtained ＂completely pesticide-free＂ testing results.   With rigorous verification and various international awards, the quality, flavor, and pure non-toxicity of the tea at the production source, show Good Day in all, is rare in Taiwan, and is highly recognized internationally. It is one of the very few high-quality teas.

Tea that can be planted under the strict requirements of the Feitsui Reservoir Water Source Protection Area must not cause damage and pollution to the water and soil at all. The Wenshan Baozhong Tea grown in this area only produces two seasons a year in spring and winter. The spring breezed tea harvested before and after the

beginning of April has a thick flavor and an excellent taste.

Compared to the leaves that are curled into a ball, our tea is made into a cord shape, which can be quickly stretched and release the original leaf flavor better. With 98

degrees C hot water soaked for 90 seconds, the tea soup is golden, emitting a rich jasmine fragrance, elegant and pleasant. The aroma of the sweet osmanthus flowers is light and subtle, as if in the bamboo forest. The unfolded green leaves have a faint fragrance of seaweed, accompanied by tea soup into the throat, the taste is sweet, the aftertaste is rich and memorable, just like reading a classic ancient book.  Baozhong tea is a semi-fermented tea, with less tannin acid. It doesn’t irritate and upset the stomach, which is suitable for those who are worried about insomnia.
